Online Therapy at Your Own Pace
I offer individual therapy sessions via Zoom, from the comfort of your own home.
Each session lasts an hour and provides space for what is alive in you at that moment. It's a gentle, safe place to slow down, feel, and step by step come closer to yourself—with kindness, curiosity, and without judgment.

About Me
I am a clinical psychologist with a holistic approach.
In my work, I combine talk therapy with body-oriented and experiential methods, with attention to emotional experience.
Therapy, to me, means (re)connecting with yourself.
Feeling what is alive—with loving attention, without forcing anything.
From understanding and compassion, we can step by step come closer to a life that is true to who you essentially are.
In that authenticity lies, in my view, the key to health—in the broadest and most meaningful sense.
I see the body as an entry point to healing: a place where experiences are stored, but also a source of wisdom, movement, and awareness. By involving the body, space arises for healing on a deeper level.
I believe in therapy that is slow, gentle, and attuned.
